Jason Shadrick
President
With a background as an Art Director in San Diego and VP of Marketing in Idaho, Jason founded a design agency before moving to Indonesia in 2018 to work with a consulting firm. Specializing in marketing, branding, and corporate identity, he has served major international clients. Jason is passionate about helping people achieve financial independence and purpose through entrepreneurship.
Jed Benoit
Board Member
Jed’s diverse career includes five years working with NGOs in South America and serving as a web developer and operations director for a national marketing company. Based in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, he is dedicated to empowering international communities by providing the tools and opportunities needed for success.
Kameron Shadrick
Vice President
Kameron brings over 20 years of experience in education, curriculum development, and humanitarian work, including founding a U.S. NGO focused on maternal and infant healthcare in Africa. As an entrepreneur and mentor, she champions “Purpose Driven Business,” helping individuals launch ventures that balance personal fulfillment with community impact.
